You are responsible for return shipping costs. Chi Shing Limited may reject a refund request if the returned product does not meet these conditions.
Refund Processing Time
After Chi Shing Limited approves your refund, refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This period applies to all refund methods. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider. Chi Shing Limited initiates the refund after inspection, but Chi Shing Limited does not control posting times.
PayPal Refund Timeline
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. You agree that these timelines are mandatory and that Chi Shing Limited is not liable for delays caused by PayPal or your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact Chi Shing Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt and provide photographs of the damage or defect. Chi Shing Limited will review the claim. If approved, Chi Shing Limited will provide a replacement or refund. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be denied.
